Sao & Spice is a fictional restaurant based in Boston, Massachusetts. For this project we were tasked with taking a culture and building out our restaurant from a motif that correlates with the culture. Our culture we chose was Vietnamese and our restaurant is designed around a rural Vietnamese stilt house. This project was designed for an experimental design class and was made in collaboration with Jacob Dobson and Carmen Huggins.
